The branch's Fund raising committee has a planned to hold fundraising activities towards the reneovation and building of relief day care centers.
The branch managed to lobby the City of Bulawayo for land on which it intends to build the relif center.

The purpose of the fund raising is to raise funds to facilitate the Day Care Centre which is located in Njube high density surbub near Salukazi Beer garden. The place was donated by the the Bulawayo City Council to the association. We want to raise funds to renovate the place to suit the purpose. Therefore we are appealing to churches, NGOs and individuals looking for donation in cash and kind.
The goals and objectives of the Development Centre is to:
- To be the focal point for providing information on the disabilities.
- To be the centre where therapists would come and do exercises with the children.
- To be the centre training children in activities of daily living.
- To be the centre for workshops and trainings for parents.
- To be the feeding centre for the disadvantaged children with disabilities.
We want also to fundraise through :
1) Arts
i) We are inviting musical groups, drama and traditional groups and soloist.
